Namken nutrition is healthy and affordable. I grab my lunches for the entire week to keep at my office. Sara and the staff are great.

Today was my first time coming into Namken!! I got some food out of the fridge for the week a few protein sodas and myself and my son a warm lunch!!! Namken for the win!!! I will definitely be back. Also the lady at the counter was so kind. Thank you!

Delicious, healthy food and incredibly friendly & helpful staff! My favorite place to grab a smoothie and avocado toast, and the meals, protein snacks & yogurt bowls help me stay on track with my nutrition post-bariatric surgery.

I was really looking forward to the opening of Namken Nutrition in Urbana and I have not been disappointed! Everything I have tried (yogurt bowls, protein bars and muffins, lunch specials, and prepared meals) has been excellent! I don't know how they manage to make healthy food taste so good, but they do 😉. There is something for everyone and knowing that I am eating well and at a reasonable price makes it even better. Thank you Sara for bringing your talents to us!
